Kids Clothing Week Challenge - Day 1

I am so excited to participate in the Kids Clothing Week Challenge over at Elsie Marley. 
Hopefully this will put a dent in my long list of clothes I want to make Emma & Reid for the summer. I will share my projects here of course and be posting them on Elsie Marley's flickr group.

Today's project was a peasant dress for Emma. I purchased a pattern from sewsweetpatterns on Etsy about a month ago and just haven't gotten around to making it yet. I used Sway from Heather Bailey's Pop Garden line.

 The dress was easy to make and I did it all during Dancing with the Stars :) I can't wait to see how it looks on Emma tomorrow.

 My mom even made Emma a matching hair clip with her new yo-yo maker!

Off to bed! Tomorrow, something for the little mister!
