Summer Dessert - Key Lime Pie

I love key lime pie! It's such a refreshing dessert and reminds me of our summers spent in Florida when I was young :) Here's a quick and easy recipe you'll want to make all summer long! Enjoy!!

Frozen Key Lime Pie
2 (6oz) graham cracker crusts or 1 (9oz)
1 container of low fat Cool Whip, thawed slightly
1 can frozen limeade from concentrate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
lime for garnish

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Garnish top with lime peel. Cover and place in freezer for a few hours. Cut and serve :)

*For an even fresher tasting pie, I use a 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice from several limes in replace of the limeade. So delish!!!
